The Warranty Standard of the Transported Goods

We provide a comprehensive assurance for all transported items and the relocation site. This assurance is applicable up to a maximum of 50% of the total price of the moving services.

Warranty Terms for the Items We Transport (Kindly peruse the terms for your own advantage.)

  1. We provide a guarantee for various accidents that may occur during the transfer process, excluding accidents resulting from your instructions and any damages caused therein. Please note that we cannot be held liable in such instances.
  2. Our guarantee covers product breakage situations. If the product cannot be repaired, we will repurchase it based on the original specifications and condition, aiming to match the closest possible resemblance to the original. This applies unless the exact specifications are no longer available in the market. In such cases, we will acquire similar specifications.
  3. Please note that we will not take responsibility for any scratches on the product. Since it is a moving item that has been used, our company is unable to accept claims related to such issues. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
  4. The company suggests considering additional insurance for certain items such as high-value or fragile belongings, as well as furniture like mirrors, marble, genuine leather, pearl, etc., to ensure the safe transportation of these goods. If you opt not to purchase this insurance, our responsibility will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the moving service price.
  5. Please be aware that we do not guarantee any scratches or marks on floors, walls, etc. of the old moving site anywhere except if you are moving to a new home (new construction). If our team inspects your new residence before the move and damage occurs during the process, our insurance will provide coverage. We can assist with repair costs, maximum 50% of the moving service price, for any scratches caused during the move. Alternatively, you can arrange repairs independently and share the cost details with us. Please note that without a pre-move inspection with our team, we do not accept liability for damages.
  6. For electronic devices and electrical appliances, if there is no physical damage but the device does not function properly or data is lost, insurance claims will not apply. Similarly, if any device is non-functional, we can only be held responsible if our staff tested and confirmed its proper functioning before the move. Please ensure to have our team verify that "the machine still works in normal condition" before moving to ensure coverage in such cases.
  7. If items are not removed from appliances like tables, cabinets, and refrigerators, and damage occurs later, we cannot be held responsible for such cases.
  8. Any damage resulting from self-packed items or items kept in boxes by the customer cannot be attributed to our responsibility. It's recommended that our staff handle the packing for easily damaged products like fragile appliances, glass items, and dishes. For documents and sturdier items, customers may handle their own packing.
  9. In the case of a damaged item that requires a claim, it is essential to inform our staff on the moving day. Please ensure to specify the damaged items in the work sheet. We kindly request you to take photographs and promptly report the incident through the designated communication channel immediately after it occurs. It's important to note that our insurance coverage will not apply if reported after the moving day. Any items or boxes that we are not allowed to unpack, the company holds no liability in such cases if those items are damaged.
  10. The company will assume responsibility for damages based on the terms outlined in items 1-8 as provided in this notification. Please be aware that this information is publicly available and has been shared with all customers to review during the bidding process. This represents a crucial condition and agreement that all customers have acknowledged. If the customer fails to complete the remaining service fee payment or seeks to deduct damages beyond our accountable amount, or defaults on the remaining payment for any reason, the customer will be liable to pay a late fee to the company.

The company retains the authority to revise, adjust, alter, or revoke these terms and conditions, as well as other agreements, on this website without prior notification. The company cannot be held liable for any resulting damages or expenses, whether direct or indirect, including incidental or consequential losses. This applies particularly to situations where you did not fully read or comprehend the provided information, or if you deny having knowledge of this information.
  1. If you desire enhanced protection for your products during transportation, we suggest considering the option of purchasing product insurance from a private insurance provider.
  2. The insurance rate is approximately 0.5% of the value of the product you wish to insure, or a minimum of 3,000 baht per insurance. Please provide written notification detailing each item, its cost, and the quantity of pieces to be insured.
  3. In the event of a damage claim, the customer is required to bear the initial portion of the cost or the 10% deductible imposed by the insurance company. This deductible cannot be subtracted or covered by the moving service provider, as the moving cost significantly differs from the value of the transported goods. We kindly request your understanding and acknowledgment of this condition in advance.
